About Us Audie's Catering started this as a family venture on a part time basis about three years ago. Slowly building and developing style, equipment, kitchen and reputation. The main core of this prestige catering company is Chef Adrian, his dad Mike Sr. and his brother Mike Jr. In March of 2008, Chef Adrian decided to pursue this venture full time and shortly after Mike Sr. has joined full time. |

Chef Adrian Adrian has been in the food service industry for 11 years. He was very fortunate at the beginning of his career to be mentored by one of Houston's finest Executive Chef whose discipline in fine dining and catered events was second to none. Years of training under such excellence has elevated Chef Adrian's standards in the use of quality ingredients and products to provide the best taste and presentation. In 2007, Adrian took on the role as Executive Chef at Maxwell's Restaurant in Atascosita. During his tenure with Maxwell's he competed in several "Iron Chef" type competitions where he either won or placed in all. He truly loves what he does and his driven passion shows in everything he puts together. |
